what i get at the grocery store

I’ve narrowed my grocery list down to a few staple items that I get every week. This helps me stay consistent with eating healthy and it has helped me save money while shopping too! The list below has the items I buy every week. Depending on how I’m feeling I’ll add in some extra things as well.

Mushrooms

Grains
A loaf of whole wheat bread
Everything bagels
Pasta

Goat cheese

Almond/coconut milk
Peanut butter
Pasta sauce

I’ve found that having all of these items in my kitchen makes it really easy to always have something good and healthy to eat. I like this list because the ingredients are easily used throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can use them for different things and make their flavors really shine!
